Important Notes for Reservations

  • Dress Code

    We kindly request that guests visit us in smart casual attire. For gentlemen, please refrain from wearing shorts, tank tops, sports sandals, or other overly casual clothing.

  • Children

    We welcome children aged 13 and older, provided they can enjoy the same course menu as adults. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Outside Food and Drinks

    Please refrain from bringing any outside food or beverages into the restaurant.

  • Food Allergies

    Please inform us of any allergies or ingredients you wish to avoid when making your reservation. Our restaurant serves a seasonal chef's choice menu. We prepare dishes tailored to each guest, taking allergies and preferences into consideration. Please note that due to these adjustments, dishes may differ between guests even at the same price point.

    Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, cancellations will be subject to the following fees:
    ・2 to 3 business days prior: 50% of the course price
    ・The day before or on the day of your reservation: 100% of the course price

    As we procure ingredients specifically for each guest,we will call you by the day before your reservation to confirm. Please be aware that if we are unable to reach you, we may be forced to cancel your reservation.

  • For Guests Visiting from Overseas

    For guests residing outside of Japan, we only accept reservations made via your hotel concierge. Please note that we do not accept direct reservations from individuals living overseas.
